Anonymous Feedback Tool

At the request of the students, the department has set up a possibility to send anonymous feedback to the e-mail address feedback.fb03@soz.uni-frankfurt.de. Students can send negative as well as positive feedback and express criticism and complaints anonymously. The feedback can refer to courses, but also to teachers or administrative staff or departments. Please always indicate the relevant teachers or departments of Department 03. Feedback to persons in other departments will not be forwarded.

Any personal details of the students will then be deleted and the feedback will then be forwarded anonymously to the relevant persons or positions in teaching or administration without the students' details.

We would also like to point out that any insults or slurs will not be forwarded. Students are requested to express themselves in a factual and constructive manner.

At the same time, we ask students to first check whether a personal conversation might be more effective. The department would like to see an open feedback and communication culture. So please only use this tool if you feel that you are not getting anywhere with open criticism and feedback.
