Curriculum Vitae - Dr. Jutta Joachim

Jutta Joachim is interim representing the professorship for International Organizations and for International Relations and Theories of Global Order. Before, she was associate professor directing the working area „International Relations“ in the Institute of Political Science at the University of Hannover. She received her Ph.D. in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and her M.A. in International Studies from the University of South Carolina.

She is author of Agenda Setting, the UN, and NGOs: Gender Violence and Reproductive Rights (Georgetown University Press) and co-editor of International Organizations and Implementation: Enforcers, Managers, Authorities and Transnational Activism in the UN and the EU: A Comparative Study (both Routledge Press). Articles of her have appeared in International Studies Quarterly, the German Journal for International Relations, Security Dialogue, Millennium, Comparative European Politics and the Journal of European Public Policy.
