The decentralized QSL Study Commission of the faculty consists of 10 members. Half of which are appointed by the student representatives on the Faculty Council. Other members, including professors, academic staff, and administrative/technical staff, are appointed by the Dean's Office in consultation with the Faculty Council. The Dean of Studies chairs the committee.

The Study Commission usually meets twice at the beginning of the year and draws up a proposal for the distribution of decentralized QSL project funds, which is submitted to the Dean's Office for a decision.
